Reading the entire thread helps clear things up guys if you are feeling fuzzy about the details here. illy is legit, I would bet my "modhood" on it but I won't. You guys need to realize this is the first stamp dealer that is legit on SR and of course he's overwhelmed but He's stated the situation on more than one occasion in this thread.
